I've been working on the web since 1995, and involved in publishing and design for over 20 years. I was one of the few people to be involved in blogging, podcasting, and videoblogging before they became well known, even in the tech communities.

Things I consider important: art, design, good ideas, transparency, usability, functionality, community, and above all, the user experience.

Lately I've been doing audio engineering and video production, and am currently producing a documentary film about the balance between the work we want to do, and the work we need to do.
