I believe the only purpose for marketing is to support sales and in turn, revenue. It's that simple.

Over the last 20 years, I've worked primarily in B2B industries such as electronics (manufacturers, assemblers and distributors), software (B2B, medical, EMR, enterprise), medical devices (cardiac imaging), health care (providers, hospital systems, HMOs, clinics) , industrial (controls, automation) and professional services (consulting firms, coaches, creative firms, accounting, IT services).
