Pete Jenkins’s Summary
Pete Jenkins has more than thirty years experience in the Photographic Industry, including editorial, commercial and Public Relations.
During the 1980's and the first half of the nineties Pete was a regular for the Sunday Telegraph picture desk covering many sports, but specifically Rugby Union.
Starting off using Black and white film and huge dunk tanks, as technology developed so did Petes experience of photography. By the late 1980's colour print film (C41) had replaced both black and white and E6 transparency film stock as industry standards.
By 1992 with new technology from Nikon (Coolscan) and Apple Macintosh (180C laptop) Pete was sending live images direct to clients from sports grounds, and other events.
As technology improved, ISDN, the World Wide Web all made it quicker and easier to get images to picture desks quicker.
Now in the 21st Century all images are originated digitally, fully ICC colour managed and produced to the highest standards.
The people who Pete works with understand that a good image really is worth 1000 words, and that a superb image will repay its cost many times over. Organisationms that want a high quality web site, and will want the best possible images to put on that web site. Quality Photo users are his target market.

Much of my work is now focussed on Conferences and conference speakers. I do a lot of work with individual speakers, consultants, and coaches. People use me to create the right image in printed material, on the web and in their marketing through their photographs.
I also have an expanding digital photo-library, extensive stock material of Nottingham and the East Midlands, child and parenting issues, heritage events and locations around the UK.
