I have been a manager for a number of years and enjoy figuring out the requirements for a project and then assigning those tasks to individual team members. I then support the team members as needed for them to accomplish the tasks.

Multiple Rails plugins including Rmagick (image generation), Active RBAC (Role based user access control), others as needed. Created and maintained RedHat RPM based system (yum/mrepo) for product rollout. Created process for converting Ruby Gems into RPMs. Subversion SME, including training classes and 1x1 training for software and hardware engineers, as well as management. Maintained intranet wiki for company projects, as well as bugzilla instances.
