Percy Balemans’s Summary

I'm a qualified, sworn translator English-Dutch with nearly 20 years of experience.

I graduated in 1989 from the Opleiding Tolk-Vertaler (School for Translation and Interpreting) in Maastricht, the Netherlands, as a translator of English. In the same year I was certified as a sworn translator of English by the district court in Maastricht. I am registered in the Register Beëdigde Tolken en Vertalers (Dutch Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators) as a sworn translator English-Dutch and I am a member of the Netherlands Society of Interpreters and Translators (NGTV) and the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI).

In addition to translation services, I also offer proofreading of Dutch texts.
