Combines over 20 years of experience in project management, technology transfer and business development across a multitude of industries and geographical regions with an in-depth knowledge of the Cleantech businesses. As an entrepreneur Per has successfully started four companies in Europe and Asia and was previous employed in different managerial positions for several global MNCs.
Currently the Vice Chairman of SEAS, Globalization Committee and a sought-after speaker to different Cleantech events and conferences. He lived and worked in Sweden, Spain and Holland and now resides in Singapore.

Developed, planed and executed new strategy from software developer to service company providing Photo Books, Magazines and Calendars with the clients personal photos. Established a foothold in the value chain as a provider of new products for the digital consumer photo market using in-house technology.
Developed new business based upon virtual relationships between suppliers (HP Indigo) and distributors with a fully integrated supply chain and order management system allowing one person to process in excess of 200 daily orders. Searched and found new owners and CEO to purchase and to run the business as of May 2006.

Founder and Chief Operating Officer of new start-up venture. Elaborated business plan that resulted in first round financing of €2,5M from NetJuice and 3i for phase one of a Multimedia Portal (www.viacarla.com) launched into 6 countries.
Responsible for all development based upon BraodVision and Oracle infrastructure, managing development team of 12 programmers. Secured second round of financing of €6,0M, from NetJuice, 3i and MyCube, to focus business into the future digital photography segment as a B2B ASP provider. Biggest customers being AGFA and Sony required major integration with SAP and Extranet solutions.
Sold the company in 2003 to start Phoenix Imaging Technologies.

Responsible for development of the New Business strategy for our Business Unit with 225 MUS$ turnover. Responsibilities included development of five-year growth strategy for PC/Consumer convergence. Initiated and coordinated R+D budget of 15 MUS$ for applications like Audio-recording, MP3-recording, DVD/DSS-set top boxes and optical disc based Java-applications.
Negotiated cooperation agreements with worldwide partners and customers including Acer (Benq), Kodak, Pioneer, Motorola and RealNetworks. Ensured realization of New Business strategy via the initiation and deployment of organizational transformation from product focused to customer focused business organization.
Leader of the Business Unit’s change-project, responsible for the development and implementation of all New-Business processes.
