Currently Interview on Demand provides services focused on the hiring company - allowing hiring managers to create an unlimited database of interviews targeted for specific positions & allowing candidates to answers those interview questions by internet, using video, any time any where.
In the very near future, we will provide the jobseeker the ability to build career profiles including 'mini' video interviews and use these profiles as marketing tools. We will also be adding the ability for third party recruiters to build candidate profiles which include video interviews and use those video profiles to market those candidates to top companies.

I was responsible for driving usage of the Chiron bDNA viral load testing for HIV, HCV, and HBV. I called on laboratories that were testing high volumes of these patient populations on the West coast. My largest account was the State of California. Other accounts were UCSF, University of Washington, ARUP out of Salt Lake City, etc.

Managed a team of 10+ professionals (sales, technical support - medical technologist, and field service) that supported our sales and sales support functions in the 15 most western states. We grew our base business in excess of $1M for the 1998 year (even in the face of a pending merger). Hired over 50% of the team and developed my team to be one of the most promoted in the coming years. Our top clients were University of Washington, PAML, ARUP, UCSF, Group Health, Unilab, Scripps, Long Beach Hospital, etc. Our products were a blood gas analyzer product mix, the Centaur - which assayed hormones, thyroids, B12, Folate, and infectious diseases.

Started with Bio-Rad Laboratories in the Washington, DC territory - when I started the territory was #57 out of #58. Within 12 months the territory was ranked in the top ten. Was promoted to system specialist in the Dallas region. This position was responsible for driving instrument sales within the region (the instruments were HPLC - used for drug testing (drugs of abuse and therapeutics), A1c testing (diabetes) and immunoassay testing (B12, Folate, Hormones and Thyroid). Promoted within one year to the headquarters in Northern California - to a product management position. There I was responsible for tactical product management for the Western Division. I traveled and worked with the regions that I had responsibility. Worked closely with strategic product managers, regional sales managers, finance and all customer support groups to increase sales in all areas within my division.
