I am a professional software developer based in Toronto, Canada.
I began developing web-based software professionally in 1995, and since then I have developed enterprise Java applications, database-driven business applications, and web-based applications using a variety of technologies, tools and languages.
I’ve worked for many types of software companies, both large and small, and even started my own.
I’m currently Director of Technology at GigPark Inc., where I’m leading the development. We’re using Ruby on Rails and Amazon EC2.
In my spare time I develop EC2 on Rails, a project that simplifies and automates hosting Ruby on Rails applications on Amazon’s EC2 hosting service.
