Typical roles are Interim Director/Executive or Senior Portfolio/Programme Director, helping clients with complex initiatives, programmes and projects in terms of strategy and business re-design, change leadership, Portfolio, Programme & Project Management, Requirements, Organisation & Process Design, Assurance & Recovery - using a wide range of methods & tools.

Working with the board, senior executives, key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment and then success - when undertaking complex change. Working directly with the people, processes and culture to address the real issues required to make the change happen.

I also operate as a Board Executive Coach/Mentor - working with executive groups, teams and on a personal change level work to improve performance, overcome barriers to success and reduce issues and conflicts. I am also interested in developing my NED experience.

Lead an in-depth, ongoing research programme into business (and personal) change ( 18+ years so far).

I'm also interested in growing a larger collaborative network of real change leadership professionals - who can help large organisations change, grow, renew and succeed - from the inside outwards - in a well defined and structured way - fast.
