  In this position I help Info.nl gather user experience (UX) requirements for large interactive systems: determining the scope and business goals, defining functional, visual and content requirements as well as usability and accessibility requirements.
  
  Then I help design concepts, site structures, screenflows and wireframes, working with marketeers and business managers from the client as well as strategists, visual and front-end designers from Info.nl. My involvement in client projects starts with the pitch and often doesn't end before QA is done.
  
  I review the work of other interaction designers (6 internal, plus freelancers), am instrumental in defining the design process for the User Experience department, and am involved in intakes with freelancers and hiring new employees
  
  Info.nl is a long-standing web agency that focuses on financial services, with many clients in the banking and insurance world, but accepts any client who takes online services seriously.
