Pav Chahal’s Summary

With nearly a decade of experience I am a master's qualified strategic user experience consultant, and have covered areas such as research, design, strategy, all aiming towards creating the right user experience. I am currently based in London, and have carried our international work for clients in America, Canada, France and India. I have extensive experience in ethnography, usability, and design across products, internet and the web.

My roles within a company have differed where I have consulted with companies in a creative and commercial capacity. From senior roles of a director, leading a project to working as a part of a team, I have covered all spectrums.

I have a personal interest in psychology and the human mind, and hence love to get out the post-it notes for an in-depth analysis of whatever the project is in question.

My goal is to design and develop customer centric products and services that are intuitive, engaging, inspiring and exciting, be it a product, service or website.
