Mr. Paul Schween have over 18 years experience in the public seminar industry. Paul has the distinction of representing some of the finest sales trainers and motivational speakers in the world. Mr. Schween has spent eighteen years in professional sales and sales management. Since 1991 he has participated solely in the public seminar arena en route to a career as a professional speaker. While working for Results Sales and Marketing out of Scottsdale, Arizona he marketed the most popular sales trainers in the United States - Mr. Tom Hopkins. Later, while with the same organization, they expanded their marketing efforts to produce one of the most prolific line-ups of speakers in public seminar history including; Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy, Denis Waitley, Jim Rohn, Ken Blanchard , Mr. Tony Parinello, along with Wally "Famous" Amos, Jim Hennig, George Walther, and Ms. Danielle Kennedy. In 1996 he created Sales Teknologies. The next 8 years were focused on the exclusive marketing rights to the highly acclaimed Selling To VITO training program.
The year 2004 brought some new and exciting changes when Mr. Schween created PS Seminars. Since its inception it has been committed to marketing to high-end sales professional and independent contractors. The company’s goal has been to bring fresh innovative sales strategies to the market and invigorate old tired sales techniques with a new perspective that empowers them for use in today's highly competitive market. Helping salespeople evolve into sales professional first, then managers and ultimately leaders has been the foundation of his professional pursuits and in his words has become a labor of love.
In 2006 Paul was approached by one of the oldest direct selling companies in the country – The Southwestern Company. This 150- year-old company decided to add a seminar division to its 17 other incubator companies and from it was created Success Starts Now™
