The current public training course, E-commerce Usability and Best Practice, is aimed at people working involved in driving improvement to the likes of conversions rates, basket sizes, up-selling, cross-selling and lifetime order values for their retail business.
All attendees gain a much greater understanding of e-commerce and online best practice, including the likes of best practice for both checkout processes and online application processes, especially in the financial services sector.
