Paul joined DMR as a Senior Analyst within the Web Solutions Team and worked with ASP and the Microsoft .NET Framework.
He completed projects with Woodside Offshore Petroleum where he utilised his skills as Lead Developer in creating intranet-based applications, also undertaking a complete redesign of the intranet architecture, together with developing a methodology for the Intranet Directions project.
Paul also worked extensively for Rio Tinto as Team Leader on an enterprise-level knowledge management project, leading the development of the Microsoft-based application from the ground up which was rolled out to 30,000 users worldwide. Paul was a key person involved with the technical architecture and design of the application, including extensive involvement with project management, requirements capture and systems analysis.
