I am a freelance IT Consultant and Engineer. I provide third line troubleshooting and maintenance for IT system built around Microsoft's Active Directory technology on a contract basis. I specialise in design and implementation consultancy from workstation to enterprise level systems. My core competencies are with Microsoft Exchange messaging systems, but I generally provide a wider scope of consultancy in all aspects of Microsoft-based Information systems. I particulary specialise in reducing IT support costs by developing systems to reduce support issues and aid support analysts in resolving calls quickly.
