My first book, The New Influencers (www.newinfluencers.com), was published in 2007 by Quill Driver books. It's all about social media and the profound impact it's having on markets and marketing. There are lots of interesting anecdotes and profiles, as well as advice about how to leverage these new media for your benefit. Order from the website to get the best price. My second book, Secrets of Social Media Marketing (ssmmbook.com) was published in late 2008. It's a hands-on guide to getting the most from social media promotion.

My third book, co-authored with my wife Dana, is The Joy of Geocaching (joyofgeocaching.com). It will be published in late 2009. It's about a global game played by more than three million people and enabled by a vibrant online community.

I offer a range of services to get content-based marketing on track, including:

Researching markets and customers;
Selecting content for an IT audience;
Creating blogs, podcasts and other forms of Web 2.0 online presence;
