I enjoy working on international work, multiple projects and maintaining an ever-changing workload. The balance of my undergraduate degree from a traditional business school (University of Southern California) with my master’s degree from a psychology-based university (Naropa University) allows me to utilize both sides of my brain while working with difficult issues. I am able to use a very balanced approach to look outside of the box in any situation.
I like working with people and helping them solve problems. This can be creating more efficiency within an organization or streamlining processes. My master’s degree involved a lot of psychology and I find that I am often functioning as a business therapist. My clients usually have the answers they are looking for, but I ask them the right questions to get that information out of them to apply in tangible ways.
I focus on helping to secure debt financing. I work with a number of funding sources including international investment banks as well as loan correspondents. The deals I look at are generally in the 7 to 9 figure range. I put people in touch with resources that I already have in place or can easily get through my network of executive associates at the Institute for Independent Business (IIB).
The Institute for Independent Business (IIB - www.iib.ws) is an international accreditation body for senior executives from every type of business imaginable. There are over 4500 of us worldwide who carry the accreditation. We are on a closed e-mail and forum network, so I use these resources and know the caliber of support I am getting when I use these sources. I am also proud of the fact that while the average age of executive associates is 54 (I am nowhere near that), I am the youngest ever accredited by the Institute.
Please contact me with an questions; I will always look at a deal to see if it is appropriate for one of my sources.
