Has experience in advertising agencies such as APLintas, BBDO and Leo Burnett, in The Netherlands, Switzerland, Carribean and Chile. Has won several creativity awards in advertising festivals in most of these countries. Represented Chile in Young Lions, Cannes, 2001.
As of January 2008, Paul switched from ad-agency to client side as Head of Digital Marketing for Entel PCS, Chile's leading mobile phone company.
Paul has been increasingly interested in current changes in the marketing and media landscape, caused by technological developments such as the rise of micromedia (blogging, podcasting) and new content distribution technologies (RSS), as well as social shiftings and increased connectivity amongst consumers.
In February 2006, he published the white paper Advertising 2.0 (in Spanish and English, later translated to Chinese), which has since been downloaded more than 30.000 times and has been distributed widely through the blogosphere and specialized media. Currently he is preparing his second publication.
Paul has spoken about the current changes in marketing at conferences in Santiago, Buenos Aires, Phildelphia, New York, Warsaw, Barcelona and Amsterdam.
