I have experience in most industry sectors, and have gained various certifications, along with TAP status and am an Institute of IT Training Certified Training Practitioner.

In addition I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, and a certified Network+ and A+ Trainer, along with Prince2 Practitioner.

My most recent achievement is passing the Microsoft CRM exams to become a Certified Business Solutions Specialist.
