  I assist three managers and one department director (among others) in the Regulatory Policy Department with the filing of utility legal documents with the NM Public Regulation Commission. Other duties include, creating and editing documents, preparing mailings, making and distributing document copies to appropriate individuals, setting up meetings, retriving records, creating binders for record keeping, updating binders and assisting with whatever other tasks need to be done in the department.
