Patrick started his IT career as Customer Information Centre Agent, and was deployed in customer projects afterwards as Field Engineer at call desk, also performing dispatching and staging. When he joined IBM in 2001, he took was back-office agent for a project at Belgian Post Group. After about 2 years he was promoted to Onsite Support Team Leader for the Deutsche Bank Account, and an additional 2 years later to Service Delivery Project Executive for the same account. The candidate currently is Service Manager for the Inbev account.
The candidate is a very punctual asset who always accurately caries out his assigned duties. He is a very pragmatic person who always comes up with efficient ideas to solve problems.
