Duties included manpower allocation; scheduling; cost control and cash flow analysis (baseline costing); strategic planning; risk management; acquisition management; project execution plans, including ALARA and intrinsic safety analyses; change control; and earned value management. Other duties included value engineering; estimating; supervising engineering detailing for civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; and facility commissioning.

Performed construction management duties on projects, including conceptual estimating, bid package preparation, and bid procurement and evaluation.
