Modified the monthly Access code maintenance algorithm to apply Least Cost Routing paradigm to all codes in the Local Exchange Routing Guide, creating the proper global routing for each switch, resulting in an initial reduction of 99.5%, and an ongoing rate of less than .05% for customer dialing trouble tickets across Texas.
