Patrick Cooper first attended Marquette University, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he received his B.A. in Human Resources in 1987. He was also the election chairman of the University’s student council. He has since returned to the college, working toward his Master's in HR. Before returning to Marquette, Patrick studied Law, Human Resources and Industrial Relations at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he received his J.D. During his time at John Marshall, Patrick Cooper was also a member of the Brehon Society.
Mr. Patrick Cooper is a human resources consultant, specializing in various areas of the field. Cooper deals with everything from employee relations, union administration, training and development, safety, and HR compliance. As a former practicing attorney, Cooper has experience in all aspects of employee relations. Patrick is also experienced in drafting position statements before state Equal Rights Division (ERD) and Federal EEOC including NLRB and HR compliance. He also possesses significant experience in all aspects of employee on-boarding, training, and KSA (Knowledge, Skills, & Attitude) development. With his many years of training, Cooper continues to provide his expertise through his consulting services.
Patrick Cooper is also a philanthropist, involved with such charities as United Way; he also offers his support to the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Cooper is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals. He still spends his leisure time doing the things that he loves—playing soccer, golf, and fishing.
