First things first: it all starts with the team. Whatever I can professionally say that "I am" is only in relation to what value I can add to the specific team or teams of which I'm a member. Leading teams is something I love to do and developing talent and watching it blossom is what I professionally live for.

Individually, I'm fascinated by words and ideas! I love the interplay of logical vs emotional decision making processes. Creating data-driven strategies that influence those processes across web properties is an obsession. Turning that data into a compelling story is my passion.
