Pat Sueltz is CEO of LogLogic, Inc, an innovator and market leader in Log Data Management and Intelligence (LMI). A Sequoia Capital start-up, LogLogic's award winning appliances enable log data from any device with an IP-address -- firewalls, routers, servers, applications, operating systems and devices -- to be automatically collected, stored, and reported in real-time for compliance and risk mitigation.
Pat was CEO of SurfControl, plc, [SRF.L], which provided internet content protection with on-demand services, gateway software and appliances, and desktop software for companies worldwide. After a successful turnaround, which saw the company grow to $128M with double-digit growth, the company was acquired by Websense, Inc in October, 2007.
Pat was President of Global Operations and an officer at salesforce.com. At salesforce.com, Pat directed the business operations, technology, marketing, systems and HR for salesforce.com during its run up to its IPO (NYSE:CRM) and successful first year as a public company. Prior to salesforce.com, Pat was an officer of Sun Microsystems, Inc., and EVP of Sun Services, where she grew professional services, education, support services profits by 19% fiscal year 2004. Increased services revenue by 5% to $3.641bil through new Utility Computing & Managed Services initiatives. Pat was GM of the Java Software Division, IBM Corporation, where she held various executive and management positions over her 20+ year tenure at IBM.
Pat is a Trustee of the American Foundation for the Blind. From Jan 02 to May 04, Pat was a Board Director of Amgen; Member of Nominating & Governance Committee and Audit Committee. She was a Board Director of Delphi Systems, from May 2000 to Dec 03.
Pat received her AB degree with distinction in Political Science from Occidental College. She attended The School of Theology at Claremont, Claremont, California, where she was a Rockefeller Foundation Fellow in Theology. 0108
