Ms Grace launched her successful sales and marketing career with Aetna/US Healthcare as a Medicare Sales Representative in 1993 where she met or exceeded sales goals until her departure in 1996. Ms. Grace continued her successful career with Avandel Healthcare as the East Coast Sales Director where she identified and directed the nationwide Medicaid program.
Patricia transitioned into the assisted living industry with Manorhouse Retirement Centers, Inc where she was selected by the CEO to trouble shoot census challenged buildings in the Southeast region of the country. With a successful record of accomplishment in senior housing, she moved into the arena of internet referral services with A Place for Mom. Ms. Grace was selected for the President’s Club Award based on exceptional performances in 2004 & 2005. She was directly responsible for increasing company revenue by $350K in the first 6 months of 2005.
In 2005 she founded Aging with Grace, a national eldercare management company, to address the growing issue of elder caregiver stress in the workplace. A sample of Aging with Grace clients include: American Federation of Government Employees, NFL Players Association,CA School Employee Associations, Alliance for Retired Americans, WELLNOW, Model Consulting & The McLaughlin Co.
Patricia has been actively involved in community and non- profit organizations such as the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, National Association of Certified Geriatric Care Managers, Eastern PA Geriatric Council and the American Society on Aging.Ms. Grace was a finalist for the 2007 Business Forum Award by the American Society on Aging. Patricia was most recently appointed to The Round Table Group a preeminent consortia of consulting experts.
