As a front-end web developer, has created web pages, written and managed online content for both library and university student website pages. Expertise in website usability has been used in a series of work projects which include an open source repository, library e-reserve and LibQual (QA Survey) usability testing. Credit course project on Web 2.0 staff training led to an assignment to initiate and act as a consultant to a similar program for library staff which will commence in October 2008.
