I have taught a variety of upper level psychology courses.
My areas of expertise and passion for the last 10 years are:

-Looks at various perspectives moving from the Western ego based paradigms, to the Native Path to Existentialism to Eastern Philosophies of Yoga and Buddhism. Just how do you make meaning in life? What do YOU stand for? What is your purpose?
2. Stress and Adaptation (CPSY707) Winter and Spring Terms
-a practical/experiential course that covers workplace stress and the proactive strategies to manage it.
