I initially started out as a Motorsports photographer but after my day job was off-shored to India in 2007 I branched out into wedding photography.
In parallel with motorsports I was also involved in freelance glamour photography. This let to photographing models for a local bridal shop, which got me interested in trying wedding photography in the first place. This was also the catalyst for getting into boudoir photography, which gives me to opportunity to develop as an artist. -

Network Designer (Senior Professional) for BT One IT
· Reuters: Configure networks and Cisco routers to test networking features before being released into BT's
Global Multi Protocol Label Switched Network. This was part of a multi-million pound project in taking over
the management of Reuters' network management.

· You Are You Plus: Technical design and lead IVR development team for an initial deployment of a voice
verification application. Involved in developing a strategy for turning this into a BT network capability for
business customers.
· You Are You 2: Leading edge IVR (Interactive Voice Response system) development for a security research
trial using voice verification as part of the 21st Century Networks programme. Initially this will be used to all
people access to business Intranets from remote locations but will later become a feature of the network and
could be used verification in other business sectors, such as, banking.
· Internet Channel to Market: Involved with various tasks as part of BT's strategy to provide a hosting
platform for customers' using Cisco's Intelligent Contact Management, ICM, technology for routing telephone
calls to the appropriate hosted service. -

Primary role was VV&T (Verification, Validation & Test) Manager but also involved in some
development and integration of an IVR branch locater service. This was part of a one million pound project
for BT to develop and host a service that used speech recognition to provide an automated service to locate
customers' closest Post Office branches. The closest branch was dependent on the customers' Postcode and
their required service, for example, passport, car tax or general Post office.
· VV&T Manager on the ACE programme, Automatic Customer interfacE, for System Integration Testing of a
DTMF service called SSFAQ, Select Services Frequently Asked Questions. This enables customer service
advisors to handle more high value calls.
· Matrixed into a SIT team for project Trinity. This was a £4.5 million project responsible for modernizing BT's
infrastructure that handles 999, 100/198 & 155 calls. Much of this work was required to meet legal obligations
to Oftel, such as, providing data feeds to Other Licensed Operators. -

· As VV&T Manager, I was responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality IVR solutions for external
customers. These solutions were leading edge using DTMF and voice recognition technologies.
· Involved with various development work using Perl and PeriPro for IVR solutions. These help our customers
expand and automate their Call Centres allowing their Customer Service Agents to handle higher value calls.
· Refined many VV&T processes and introduced solutions to some long-standing problems.
· Accommodation Manager for the Voice Services Unit - approximately one hundred people over a six-month
period 1998. This included a major office expansion. Automated many routine tasks through web-based
services. Managed a student to assist with the automation and general duties.
· Worked on the Internet Channel to Market developing services for internal customers, Consumer Division and
Business Division. Designed and developed web-based services for BT agents and BT on-line customers. -

Customer interfacE, programme. Assisted with Verification Validation & Testing. The ACE programme saves
BT millions of pounds. -
