  I work as a Business Analyst for Amdocs. We help organizations connect with their customers better by enabling a seamless user experience. I consult with the client on how best to implement Amdocs Order Management System (OMS). I am currently working with AT&T to establish U-verse, the integrated service that enables delivery of TV, Internet and VoIP over one data line and a consolidated Bill for all. My responsibilities start with requirements gathering, followed by Solution Design and then Business Implementation.
  
  Over the last two years, I have led a team which has steadily reduced cost of ownership and defects while making the application scalable. AT&T U-verse is now the leader in customer satisfaction in Southern US and the system handles several thousands of orders per day.
  
  I am now working upon the transformation of AT&T Lightspeed by upgradation to Amdocs CES 7.5, the next generation standard in Customer Experience Innovation.

  My job responsibilities entail working with the client and the internal teams dedicated towards the ongoing development and support for the Billing Gateway of a Telecom major. I'm also partly involved into the development and testing realms of it and hold the responsibility for documentation control in conformance with CMM Level 5 practices.

  Built a Java based Cross-compiler from UML to Alloy as a part of Mastercraft™, a product of TCS. The cross compiler validated UML diagrams for consistency using Alloy, a theorem proving tool developed by MIT, & reported errors as UML diagrams, thereby allowing more complex use case diagrams to be built without the fear of losing traceability.
