PEAK Real Estate Management Group, Inc is a full service Real Estate Investment Management Firm servicing Multifamily, Office, Industrial, and Retail properties. Our company was founded on the principal of a “founders approach” to real estate management. Our founders based culture means everyone is focused on creating value and generating practical solutions to solve problems or enhance cash flow.
In today's market, property owners are experincing challenges with cash flow, rising delinquencies, rising utility costs, slower absorption on vacant space, the use of concessions impacting economic occupancy, cap rates rising as property values decrease, and managing more with less people; successful management companies will respond strategically to these challenges while communicating effectively with the teams. PEAK Real Estate Management Group is uniquely positioned to deliver for our 3rd party clients.
