At Impact, we use our expertise and experience to consult with companies as they are building and planning workforce strategies.
Our main focus is in 3 areas:

Our process starts with the sharing of specific workforce goals from which we complete a diagnostic analysis and present our findings. At this point, Impact can be as involved in the solution implemetation process as our client desires.
