    I came up with the concept to create a Latin Music Portal that would be accessible via 8 different countries. I was able to attract investment funds from Vivendi Universal, as well as Merryl Lynch. I also incorporated solid partnerships with Enrique Iglesias, MSN, Yahoo en Espanol and Terra.com. The site went on to become one of the top latin music destinations in the late 1990's. My main duties evolved from concepting new areas for the site, to managing a creative staff of young designers and programmers consisting of 25 people around the world.
