I am also senior advisor of Turkish Informatics Foundation (TBV) on knowledge economy and information society related policy subjects. I'm actually work as strategist atTechnobee team for the feasibility study of Information Valley (Bilisim Vadisi) project of Turkish Ministry of Industry & Commerce. I am also member of the Consultants Board of the EU 6th. Framework Project “CIVICWEB / Young People, the Internet and Civic Participation”. I work as a project-based advisor on different areas such as economy, social and public domain, politics, culture, electronic communication and corporate communication within different national and international organizations, companies, institutions and NGOs. I wrote several books, articles, papers and reports about economics, politics, human sciences, information and communication technologies, media, urban planning and Internet law. I am columnist at BThaber, a nationwide weekly knowledge technologies magazine. I published a book entitled “E-Government, E-Democracy and Turkey” (Literatur, April 2003).
