A precondition for success in leadership: identification of (in-)formal key figures, facilitating top-level contacts leading to trustworthy relationships between executives as well as information sharing for equitable and sustainable agreements.

Since 1990s I am engaged in supporting top-level executives from German Government, NATO, EU, industry and banking to implement goals in international relations and business. I was assigned as a trainer for intercultural communication for special forces, police, intelligence officers, MPs and government executives to improve continually handling and understanding of local culture, politics, business and decision making processes. Occasionally I do lectures at Universities and publications to share my experiences with scholars.

Based on my previous jobs I can provide you for successful business and politics in transition countries and crisis or (post-)conflict areas a large network of established contacts with key-figures and service providers (attorneys, PR, media, logistic, real estate, translation, human resources and security).
