Having more then 20 years of experience in Information Technology as a consultant and manager, with some 15 years experience in Imaging, Workflow, Document Management and Output Management. During the years I have sold, designed, and implemented many Enterprise Document Management solutions and High Volume Output Management solutions within the Financial Services and Insurance industry, the Manufacturing Industry, Local Government and the Pharmaceutical industry.

The industry knowledge combined with a deep technology understanding, gained in all the customer engagements, allowed me to become a highly respected communication partner in pre-sales and advisory engagements. The focus with the customer is on building the Return on Investment or business case for the proposed enhancements in the client’s document processes. The other major benefit of the industry wide knowledge was to define a strategic direction for many of the clients based on other industries best practice. This brought innovative ideas to customers which they have never thought about before, or discussed between there peers.

During the last 20 years worked with many global companies around global deployment of document process outsourcing strategies. Due to the working experience of North America, Europe and Asia, the benefits and bottlenecks of global engagements and comparison between on-site, off-site, off-shoring type of outsourcing are well known.

Presented at many occasions, seminars like Xplor, OnDemand and local conferences. Focused on the benefits of Document and Output Management, Outsourcing, One-to-One Marketing, and the optimization of office printer fleets. Writing articles in local (VIP) and international magazines.
