Currently, I am a one-on-one software trainer at Apple.
Previously, I worked at Intelex delivering training (on-site and on-line) to clients, and writing documentation for a customer support knowledge base.
For 3 years before that, I worked at The Hospital for Sick Children, training and supporting Lotus Notes, and custom in-house applications. I also wrote documentation and reference cards, and supported several administrative systems at Sick Kids, including the company directory.
