I start by creating an overall Internet strategy including all appropriate forms of marketing (including offline and online marketing disciplines); however, my niche inside the strategy is using social media tools to interact effectively. I'll show you how to use social media both internally with teams and externally with customers, friends, and family.
I have consulted, traveled, and been a conference and seminar presenter on topics such as Internet Marketing, using blogs and other emerging web technologies, and effective use of social networks.
