This role allowed me to lead the store design strategy, implementation, space allocation and merchandise presentation for all sales channels (5,000 RadioShack Company-Owned stores, 1,800 RadioShack dealer/franchise stores, 530 Sam’s Club kiosks, 300 Sprint mall kiosks, 15 Canadian stores). I managed a corporate staff of 25 visual specialists, space planners, designers and project managers, oversaw $10m annual store fixture budget and $120m construction budget.

With this role, I was responsible for the business development and partnership management of the Verizon Wireless / RadioShack strategic alliance -- with annual sales in excess of $600m. While serving in this capacity we successfully renegotiated contract with Verizon Wireless worth over $30m annually in incremental profit, developed and launched an innovative tiered compensation program for 25,000 employees, and launched several of the most successful employee incentive programs in Company history.
