Contributed toward communications strategy for several key and sensitive matters, including precarious political issues, negative press and a land expropriation. Led a team in the submission and documentation process of successfully brokering UNESCO World Heritage status for the organisation’s properties.
Managed office processes with total budgetary responsibility of $750,000 during my tenure, including decisions related to all aspects of communications, key mail-outs, human resources, information technology, training, travel, professional fees, etc. Created an internal website to improve organizational-wide communication with our office.
Led a team in drafting reports towards the successful renegotiation of the organisation’s tax-exemption status.
