While building UVision, from 2005 to 2007, Uddin concurrently held the position of co-founder and CEO at UpSolv, a mobile media solutions company based near Washington, DC, and was responsible for managing business development, developing marketing & sales strategies, raising venture capital and leading the steering committee.
From 2001-2004, prior to UpSolv, Uddin served as IT Director for HotelsCentral.com, an international travel e-booking service based near Washington, DC, helping the company gain further market traction, optimize business processes, minimize operating expenditures, decrease e-commerce fraud and leading to increased quality, higher value of offerings to customers, and increased profitability.
