Pete is a husband, father, and U.S. Navy Veteran. His family settled in Seabrook Texas in 1972 and Pete attended public school, graduating from Clear Lake High School in 1981. He graduated with a B.A. from Rice University in 1985 and from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988. After law school, he began a nine year career in the U.S. Navy – flying missions with his combat aircrew over the Persian Gulf and the Pacific. Following his Navy service, he served in Senator Phil Gramm’s office and later became Chief of Staff for Senator John Cornyn. He and Nancy have been married for fourteen years and have two children. The Olsons reside in Sugar Land, Texas.
With my background, I hope to bring New Conservative Leadership to the 22nd District of Texas.
