Olivier Oosterbaan’s Summary
I have been working for a few years as a lawyer, specialising in intellectual property and media law, IT-law (software licensing and services), and privacy law. I have assisted rightsholders, content suppliers and publishing companies with formalizing licensing and distribution deals and enforcing their rights. I have also helped software vendors, as well as buyers, with licensing and implementation agreements, also in procurement procedures.
Simplified, it's all about generating, connecting and distributing information. Something that I hope I can help shape from the legal side of things.
