Our real estate brokerage and property management firm that combines my years of experience and expertise in real estate and my husband's 18 plus years of technology and Internet marketing expertise, to create a different kind of real estate brokerage in direct response to today’s technology and Internet savvy consumer. I hold both a Broker's license in Nevada and active salesperson's license in California, as well as a B.A. in Marketing and Communications. I am an active member of the Greater Las Vegas Realtors® Association, currently serving my fourth year on the Association's Education Committee and my first year on the GLVAR Grievance Committee in 2008. Additionally I have been selected as a member of the class of 2008 NVAR Leadership program sponsored by the Nevada State REALTORS® Association and currently serve on the Board for the local Las Vegas Chapter of CRS as the Chair of Membership.
I have effectively worked with bank owned properties, selling, marketing, and purchasing since 1997. Our network of Triple8 websites targets vertical markets, specifically providing exposure for REO properties in the Las Vegas area. Additionally, our marketing includes signage with call capture audio tours, showcased listings on Realtor.com and virtual tours.

I have served as project manager in defect remediation, and building rehab-projects totaling over $42 million.
