Olga Rasmussen’s Summary

I am an Anusara Yoga Certified Teacher and have been teaching yoga since 1997, at various schools and studios, and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500, E-RYT 200) with the Yoga Alliance at the Experienced Teacher Level. I also serve on the Anusara Yoga Curriculum Committee.

My goal is to offer a comprehensive yoga program in the Anusara Yoga tradition and method in Loudoun County,VA, by inviting students to bring their bodies, minds, and spirits into greater alignment.

In addition, I practice and teach Japanese Reiki as taught by Mikao Usui, and have trained in several lineages.

Yoga and Yoga Therapy, meditation, Reiki classes and sessions. I specialize in offering retreats and days of recollection/relaxation for faculty at religious and academic institutions.
