As an added bonus in today's "green" environment Busch International has been conducting successful searches in Energy Generation, Storage, Infrastructure and Efficiency since our first with SunPower 12 years ago.

We pride ourselves on being assertive, rapid, extensive and thorough. We maintain a very large and specific Busch International relationship database that we built and constantly update with professional relationships. That proven database, by individual and company, aids us with the help of our clients to identify target candidates. In addition, our research staff uses the most sophisticated advanced up to date online tools that silicon valley has to offer. If it's out there and great we use it.

Our attitude of including the hiring team into every phase of the search process is viewed as an open style and essential for making the superior hiring decision. As an example, one week after accepting each new assignment - we meet with our clients to discussed identified target candidates. As a group we select who will be contacted and why. We follow standard search practices and assist client companies in every way possible to make the interview and selection process efficient and successful.

All candidates are screened through multiple personal interviews and deep reference checks. An additional dimension to our search is the attention we pay to an individual's motivation and ability to successfully integrate into the company's management team. Candidates who meet the requirements and who have the desire will be presented along with their resumes. At the end of the selection process all candidates are viewed as "THE CANDIDATE".
