I have started as a C++ developer in an Offshore Creations company, based in Simferopol. After that I moved to Kyiv and worked as a Software Engineer in Miratech. My responsibilities were to do programming and I also participated in Company's preparation to CMM 3 certification. I was creating documentation and templates for some of the methodologies. The area of my work was Requirements management, Peer Review, Code Metrics gathering
I left Miratech looking for expended software development experience. As I stared to concentrate on Microsoft technologies I have chosen Celenia, which is a subsidiary of Denmark based Microsoft office.
I have been working there as a Software development engineer and gained experience in C#/.NET
Two years ago I came to EPAM where I was working a developer and a development team lead in one of the biggest projects in the company, my duties included development, planning and reporting as well as day-to-day communications with the customer.
Now I work as a Senior Team Lead in Global Logic
