My research as a Ph.D. candidate includes: applications of graph theory, probabilistic and machine learning methods to study large real-world networks such as protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks, social and technological networks.
I am also very interested in the software development, especially in designing and implementing innovative algorithms and systems.
