I have an excellent command of Russian (my native language), I am perfectly fluent in English and Esperanto and have good conversational and writing skills in Swedish (have passed TISUS examination).

Working as a focal point for Scandinavia and ex-USSR countries, translating online materials, and connecting with organisers on the ground to help them prepare the 350 International Day of Climate Action on October 24th 2009 in the Nordic, ex-USSR, and Central Asian regions.

The consultancy 'Wake-Up Call' works to inspire the youth to engage actively with the issue of climate change. 'Wake-Up Call' empowers groups of young people in Sweden with tools and skills that transform them into youth leaders and social ambassadors for climate. The company also trains future youth delegates to the UN Climate Conferences (e.g. COP-15 in Copenhagen in December).

At the Roads and Traffic Office of Technical Service Administration of the City of Lund, planned a university course on "Sustainable Transportation and Mobility Management", while assisting with other projects. The first run of the transportation course had been realised during autumn term 2007 and was highly evaluated as one of the best courses of the International Master's Programme in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science. In 2008 expanded the course to include three different departments of the university.

Following invitation by WWF Russia to head their 'Direct Dialogue' campaign for new members acquisition, re-organised the campaign and made it profitable within the first month. Launched and coordinated a number of Telemarketing projects. Selected and trained a new coordinator, before leaving to Sweden for graduate studies.

Having started as an editor of the electronic newsletter for Greenpeace Russia and a translator and editor of the English version of the organisation's website, was soon offered a position of the Direct Dialogue Campaign's coordinator with an aim to bring Direct Dialogue techniques and tools to Russia for use of major NGOs. Had successfully launched the Direct Dialogue Campaign for the first time in Russia and expanded the number of Greenpeace's members three-fold before leaving the organisation. Conducted a seminar for major Russian NGOs (including WWF Russia) on principles and techniques of the Direct Dialogue approach to members acquisition. Wrote a chapter on Direct Dialogue for the book 'Social Capital' (on best practices of NGOs operating in the Russian Federation).
