In 2008 expanded the course to include three different departments of the university.

Had successfully launched the Direct Dialogue Campaign for the first time in Russia and expanded the number of Greenpeace's members three-fold before leaving the organisation. Conducted a seminar for major Russian NGOs (including WWF Russia) on principles and techniques of the Direct Dialogue approach to members acquisition. Wrote a chapter on Direct Dialogue for the book 'Social Capital' (on best practices of NGOs operating in the Russian Federation).
